Welcome to Enzodane Kennel.
"Enzodane" is named after our first great Dane, Enzo, who made us
his family in 2005 at the Great Dane "Nationals" in Chandler, AZ.
Charles and I have never looked back from that warm October day!
I have grown up around Danes, with my Godmother, Lois
Ostrowski
of Karacel Great Danes, being a
breeder and competitor with Danes for over 25 years, but never was able to
truly appreciate the breed until I had one of my own. Now, I am a full
advocate of the beauty and temperament of the breed. They truly are gentle
giants.
I owe a lot to many people who have helped me in the short
time that I have had my Danes and want to thank Kathleen Holland, Liz
Kapash, Janie Healey, and the many members of the
Arizona Great Dane Drill Team and
The Great Dane Club of Arizona for their advice and assistance in both training and
health recommendations. I also would like to thank Barbara
Waldkirch for
whom if I had not met, I may have never known Liz or Kathleen.
I hope to continue having Danes for the rest of my life and
wish everyone the same joy in their lives that Danes have brought me.
